A vase of flowers in my studio looking through the window to the garden. My meditation bowl is next to it and when I hold it I am “grounded”. I look around me at nature, beautiful flowers, the birds, chimes gently tingling in the breeze and feel how lucky I am to be able to paint and enjoy life. Still my mind and feel grateful.
