No Vacancy Gallery is a Melbourne-based gallery that promotes and exhibits emerging local and international artists. An incredible range and number of exhibitions since early 2008 has included including group/solo exhibitions, mag/book/label launches, fashion shows, cinemas, art markets and more.


No Vacancy Gallery generally operates on a fortnightly exhibition program as well as keeping a permanent collection of work available to view including original work and prints from up-and-coming and established local artists, illustrators and more.

Jane Bell Lane is off Russell St between Lonsdale and Lt Lonsdale Sts.

No Vacancy Gallery is a one of a kind venue found in the heart of Melbourne's CBD. The Gallery has a dynamic and innovative cultural presence, and offers itself as a one of Melbourne's most impressive venues that can be utilised for meetings, theatrette presentations, product launches, exclusive cocktail parties, formal dinners and special events. While guests socialise they have the opportunity to view art exhibitions drawn from the Art Collection or can request to have a show organised. The Gallery can accomodate for functions numbers ranging from 12-250 guests. An added feature when holding a function at the Gallery is the opportunity to arrange a speaker to provide an insight into the artwork, bringing to life the exhibition that will be viewed, alternatively private showings can also be arranged.
